Lisa Shaka is a seasoned accounting professional with approximately 18 years of experience in accounting, audit, and compliance, along with experience in tax preparation and small-business services. She is the visionary behind ZaZu Tax & Business Services, LLC, a company committed to simplifying tax preparation and financial management for individuals and small businesses.
Lisa holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Risk Management from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas Woman’s University. Her professional journey includes working with prestigious firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, LLP, WEAVER, LLP, and H&R Block, where she honed her skills in tax law, compliance, and financial reporting.
